Update flake.lock and enable System76 scheduler

Browse source 
Bump several flake inputs to newer revisions (crane, lanzaboote,
nixos-hardware, nixpkgs, pre-commit-hooks.nix, rust-overlay). Add
users.groups.kemp and enable services.system76-scheduler. Tidy minor
whitespace.
