Enable libvirtd and add inspection tools

Browse source 
Rename group "libvirt" to "libvirtd".
Add diffoscope and nix-index to systemPackages.
Replace hplipWithPlugin with hplip.
Enable spice USB redirection and add pkgs.virtiofsd to
virtualisation.libvirtd.qemu.vhostUserPackages.
