Enable hardware.graphics, nvidia.open and nvidia-container-toolkit; set
xserver video driver to nvidia and enable nixpkgs.allowUnfree
Update Frigate container to stable-tensorrt, add nvidia GPU device,
mount model cache and add --privileged
Add lshw to system packages
